Business management, finally in one place
Klark is an all-in-one management platform for freelancers, craftspeople, online sellers and small businesses in France. The solution brings bank aggregation, invoicing, CRM and e-commerce tools together in a single interface.
Why does Klark exist?
A small business today juggles around ten different tools. One app for banking, another for invoices, a third for customers, yet another for the online store. Each tool has its own subscription, its own password and its own siloed data. Klark started from a simple observation: this lost time adds no value for the entrepreneur. So the platform brings the essentials into a single interface. Your bank accounts, your sales, your customers and your invoices all sit in one place, in real time. You create a quote, you track it through to payment, and you keep a clear view of your cash flow. The promise fits in one sentence: fewer tools, more time for your craft. And because AI is changing how we work, the product can also be driven in plain language.
Who is Klark for?
The platform is built for independents and small structures based in France: freelancers, micro-entrepreneurs, craftspeople, retailers, online sellers and small businesses with fewer than fifty employees. It covers two main worlds: online commerce (Shopify, Stripe, PrestaShop, PayPal) and service activity (quotes, invoices, appointments, cash flow). Based in Paris, Île-de-France, the team designs the product for the French market and its regulatory framework.
In 2024, France counted more than 4 million micro-entrepreneurs — independents who run their business on their own, every day.
What Klark does not do
Klark does not replace your accountant for year-end closing or tax advice. The product is also not suited to large companies with complex ERP needs. It is designed for organizations with fewer than fifty employees that want to simplify their daily management, not to automate everything.
