Business management, finally in one place
Klark is an all-in-one management platform for active small and mid-sized businesses and online sellers, as well as independents who want to structure their operations. It brings banking, CRM, invoicing and e-commerce together in a single interface, on web, iOS and Android.
Why Klark exists
A small business today juggles a dozen different tools. One app for banking, another for invoices, a third for clients, yet another for the online store. Each one has its own subscription, password and siloed data. Klark started from a simple observation: that lost time adds no value for the business owner. So the platform brings the essentials into one interface. Your bank accounts, sales, clients and invoices live in one place, in real time. You create a quote, follow it through to payment, reconcile your transactions and keep a clear view of your cash flow. The promise fits in one line: fewer tools, more time for your craft. And because AI is changing how people work, Klark can also be driven in plain language, through an MCP connection compatible with Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral, Grok and Perplexity.
Who Klark is for
Klark is built for businesses that are already up and running: small and mid-sized businesses and online sellers with real revenue, plus independents who want to structure their operations. The platform covers two worlds: online commerce (Shopify, Stripe, PrestaShop, PayPal) and service businesses (quotes, invoices, appointments, cash flow). It is also built to keep pace with e-invoicing requirements as they roll out across Europe and beyond.
Across the US and the EU, more than 70 million small and mid-sized businesses make up over 99% of all companies. That is the ecosystem Klark is built to equip.
Who is behind Klark
Klark is built by a Paris-based team. Its founders previously built and operated a B2C neobank between 2019 and 2022, hands-on experience with banking, payments and regulatory compliance. That product and fintech culture runs through Klark today: a tool shaped by people who have already handled banking data at scale.
What Klark does not do
Klark does not replace your accountant for year-end closing or tax advice. It is not an ERP for large companies with complex processes. Klark handles your day-to-day (invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, sales accounting follow-up), not the accounting depth of a large group. It is built for teams of fewer than fifty people that want to simplify their management, not automate everything.
