2. What data do we collect?
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the proper operation of the Klark service, including:
- First name, last name, email address, company, phone number
- Billing information (if subscribed)
- Platform login data
- Bank balances and transactions (read-only)
- Revenue/receipts (Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, PrestaShop, etc.)
- Expense and income statistics
- Documents generated via Fakture, Dokument, etc.
- Configured notifications and reminders
- User preferences
We do not store sensitive data from your bank accounts: this data is only displayed, in read-only mode, via our approved partner Bridge (PSD2).
3. Why do we use your data?
We process your data solely to:
- Provide the services offered by Klark
- Allow you to connect your third-party accounts and tools
- Generate your documents and provide you with a summary dashboard
- Manage your subscription, access rights and billing
- Improve our service and offer you new tools or partnerships
4. Legal bases for processing
Processing is based on:
- Your consent, in particular for connecting to third-party services
- Performance of a contract, for access to Klark services
- Our legitimate interest, for the proper functioning and security of our service
5. Sharing and subcontracting
We do not resell any data. Certain data may be shared with our technical service providers solely within the strict framework of service delivery:
- Bridge for bank aggregation (PSD2-approved provider)
- Stripe for payment processing
- Hosting and technical providers (for platform hosting and smooth operation)
6. How long do we keep your data?
- Account data: for as long as you are a customer + 3 years after deletion (legal obligations)
- Billing data: 10 years (accounting compliance)
- Aggregated banking data: not stored
- Tool-generated data: retained until account deletion or manual erasure
7. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access to your data
- Rectification
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability
- Restriction and objection to processing
- Withdrawal of consent at any time
